It's task is to target, neutralize ultrahazardous subjects and disappear unperceived in the cause of the US Gouverment.
Officially, the true existence of Skykat is being disclaimed, although its enemies fear the tactical,
strategic superiority and accuracy, because it attacks whenever nobody expects it to.
