Cartridge 1987 came about during the golden age of synthwave. the passion and love that went into this album is totally obvious.. these early retrowave releases hold a special place in my ❤, and now we have 2 new albums (it's 2022) as well, which I'll grab one of these days.. this amazing album is 10 years old now!

10 years on, this remains a very iconic album of the early synthwave/1980s movement.. I'd say this is 1 of the top 100 synthwave albums of all time, should a list like that ever be made.. this should def be on it!
